Priority Registration - When registration begins, all may register. However, people signing up to volunteer will be given priority registration and will get their seller number right away. If you are unable to volunteer you will not be given a seller number until all of the volunteer spots are full. If you sign up to work and then NO SHOW your volunteer time, you will recieve a lower percentage of your sales. The amount is determined based on individual circumstances.

ONLY volunteers will be able to shop the presale. If you volunteer for a 2nd shift (or more) You earn early entry to shop for half priced day on Saturday morning.
We would like to remind you that if you sign up to volunteer for a 3 hour shift you may not bring your children with you. It is unfair to the people who have had to find childcare for their children and it keeps you from doing the job we need you to do.
We use a bar code system for tagging. This comes with great benefits for all of us. We print your color-coded tags for you. However, you must have computer access to enter your items in order to sell with us. We will not accept hand written tags. *NO EXCEPTIONS* (See “Bar Code Tag System” below)

ONE PERSON PER TICKET into the pre-sale
We accept clothes by appointment only, (the week of the sale) on Tuesday 1:30-6:30 or Wednesday 9:30-1:30.
We will accept only Spring/Summer items for this sale.
You must have a minimum of 50 items, but no more than 150 items. Due to an over abundance in sizes 0 – 12 months, we can only accept 40 items in this size per seller.
Clothing should be in good condition with out stains, holes or buttons missing. The clothing must NOT have animal hair or smoke odor. We accept boy’s sizes 0 to 20 and girl’s sizes through juniors. Because of lack of space and interest, we now only accept 10 pieces of maternity clothing per seller. We will not accept clothing that is badly worn, provocative or displaying inappropriate pictures or sayings. We always retain the right to reject anything we deem inappropriate. They should be hung as shown below all facing the same direction with the tag secured with a safety pin on the right side of the garment. The hanger hook should face away from the tag.
* We will be sorting through your clothing. To make this go as quickly as possible, please sort all clothing by size and gender and rubber band together at the hanger. If you do not have them rubber banded together you will be asked to rubber band them before you can leave them.

Shoes should be placed in a sealed ziploc bag, if possible (smaller sizes). We will not accept badly scuffed, worn or dirty shoes.
Toys should be in working order with batteries if needed. They must have all pieces and be sealed to avoid lost parts. Loose pieces or accessories should be sealed in zip lock bags and attached securely to the toy. If we get reports of missing parts or non-working toys, the price of the toy will be deducted from your check and you risk your opportunity to sell again. You will not get the item back, so check your toys carefully.
We will not accept stuffed animals unless they are the battery operated, animated kind or educational. No "grab bags" of toys will be accepted unless they are themed. Movies must have their original casing and are limited to 15 VHS. Only “E” rated Nintendo, Playstation, or other such games will be accepted. All toys must work before being accepted. Please be considerate to items that may be offensive or frightening to children. We discourage the sale of monsters, toy weapons, or like items and we retain the right to reject any toy that we deem inappropriate. Please hang all layette items, such as comforters, bumper pads or large blankets with the tag securely fastened.
We will accept baby furniture and equipment that is in good condition.

We can NO LONGER accept car seats or cribs with rails that go up and down.
Small accessory items such as belts, socks, hair bows, etc. must be placed in ziploc bags with the tags on the inside and securely fastened. We recommend that you tape the bags shut.
Bar Code Tag System
You MUST enter your items at the link provided. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to enter your items. Items must be entered by the inventory due date. At that time we will retrieve the inventories and print your color coded tags. You will have an opportunity to pick them up at a time to be announced or they will be mailed to you once printed. Once you put your tags on your clothes, please put into gender and size groupings and rubberband together. (Example: all girls size 2T)
List sizes by number, not by small, medium or large. Be sure to mark whether it is a boy, girl, maternity or other item. If the item is a slim or husky, note that in the description. Also, remember to mark whether you want to allow your items to sell at half price on Saturday. Items must be priced in whole or half-dollar amounts with nothing less than .50. A good rule of thumb is 1/3 of the new price if the item is in excellent condition and ¼ if it is in good condition. Please check your inventory sheet carefully. If you accidentally forget to price an item, it will be priced at $2.00.
The fee for selling is $10.00. This amount will be deducted from your total sales.
If you find you are unable to sell, please email wildwoodkidzsense@yahoo.com (email is the best option for a fast reply) as soon as possible. Someone will get back to you as soon as we receive your message. Sellers who fail to keep their commitment to sell/volunteer without advance notice may be unable to sell in future sales and may have money deducted from their sales.
Remember to pick up your unsold items at your assigned time on Saturday. You can find your assigned time at the bottom of this page. You may choose to donate your unsold items after the sale. They will be donated to area charities such as The Hope Center. BECAUSE WE ARE USING ANOTHER MINISTRIES SPACE, THERE IS NO ROOM FOR STORAGE OF ANY SELLER’S UNCLAIMED CLOTHING, ETC., SO ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP BY 6:00 PM ON SATURDAY WILL BE DONATED IMMEDIATELY. Because the sale is a ministry of Wildwood Baptist Church, your checks must be issued through the church office. They will be issued approximately two weeks from the Monday after the sale. Please allow at least three weeks from the sale to allow time for processing, cutting, mailing and delivery of checks.
